+-------------------------+
* All the sound effects were recorded with the emulator NP2FMGEN (np21nt variation) using the following settings:
  * QFM and LPF options disabled.
  * 44k sample rate.
  * PC-9801-118 sound board used.
  * Original PSG setting enabled.

* All sound effects were exported in PCM format (16-bit mono, 44100Hz) in WAV files.

* While recording with NP2FMGEN, the PSG (pulse/square wave) channels presented some DC offseting issues. Due of this, all sound effects were recorded as following:
  * The sound effects had their FM and PSG channels recorded separately with NP2FMGEN's wave record option.
  * The PSG channel had their DC offsetting fixed manually in Audacity.
  * The FM and PSG channels were then combined and exported with Audacity.

* As for looping sounds, these were split in two files (one for the loop's start, and one for the actual looping part).

| Technical Notes - Game |
+------------------------+
* All the sound effects were ripped by hacking the game to replace one of the sound IDs used in the options menu.

* Each sound effect is listed based on their internal sound ID (in decimal), and are labelled based on their in-game usage. For the sound effects that I couldn't trigger during gameplay, they are labelled as "Unknown".

* Madou Monogatari 1's game data contains sound effects used only in Madou Monogatari 2 & 3. Due of this, all the sound effects present here that are only played in either Madou Monogatari 2 or 3 have the tag "(MMX, Unused)" (where X is the game's number) in their filename.

* Sounds 00 - 25, 27, 54 and 59 are not included here because they are either music tracks or have no sound data at all.
